- Check off any touch-ups or repairs that will aid in selling the home for a higher price
- Clean and stage the home for professional photos
- Take professional photos of the home
It’s important to show all aspects of your home/property to any prospective buyers. Similar to a Facebook marketplace deal, buyers want to see everything before making the final deal. This could include:
- Video walk-through
- Aerial/drone footage
- Virtual open house
It’s finally time to prepare your listing for the MLS market! It’s at this step that we will perform the following for you:
- Create the home listing in our MLS system
- Add as much detail as possible to your listing
- Syndicate this listing to other sites like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com.
We want as many potential buyers to see your new listing as possible. Therefore, we understand the importance of sharing your property to as many platforms as we can, including the following:
- Creating posts and stories for Facebook, Instagram and potentially LinkedIn (for commercial properties)
- Creating Facebook and Instagram ads targeting an audience within a 15 mile radius
- Create a Google ad targeting an audience within a 30 mile radius of the listing
- Create an individual page on the Howell Realty Group website to highlight this property
- Highlight this new listing on the homepage of the Howell Realty Group website as our newest, featured listing
