I’ve been waiting 2 years to post this review but honestly I think it’s time. I was buying property from a woman who was using Howell Realty and I’ve got to say it was absolutely terrible. They lied about a window getting replaced to give the seller more time on selling the house because (she didnt have a plan on leaving) this was revealed to me when I got the keys from my realtor who is also at fault for this awful experience. She didn’t find anywhere to stay until the last day for her to vacate. Mind you my realtor and Howell knew of my issue where I was losing my home a month before I moved in due to the closing cause they gave the seller so yes I was homeless for a month and they made sure to keep extending things further for this woman. I also had someone come and check all of the windows after I moved in and not a single one was replaced, The seller was also given 30 days after closing to vacate the premises however we were allowed to store our things in the garage that floods and the seller had to have been aware of that as well because it floods every time it rains so all of our personal belongings got ruined. Closing was terrible, they walked us back into a room prison style single file line separately. Howell did just about everything they could have to keep us as far as possible from each other so I couldn’t get a word in to this woman about anything or ask questions that pertained to the house because the moment I tried to say something in passing they were shoving this woman out the door like their was a no contact order between us. I would also like to notate that my entire buying process I didn’t have not one Pending sign or pending mark on any of the websites the house was listed on, yet I’ve driven past several homes they have catered for that gets better treatment. I would just like to say this place has contributed to the absolute worst home buying experience and it’s even worse considering this was my first time ever buying a home too and realizing not every experience was a dumpster fire like mine.
Kerri Mitchner, made my home buying experience truly exceptional. Her reliability and quick responses to my questions were impressive. Kerri's dedication to client satisfaction ensured a smooth process, showcasing her passion for her work. Her exceptional personality and work ethic made the experience enjoyable. She submitted all documents in a timely manner and listened attentively to my concerns. I could not of asked for a better realtor to buy my first home. She made this experience comfortable and possible. Her commitment to clients is genuine, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kerri Mitchner.

Overall, my best advice is to trust the process and their suggestions. They know what they are doing and I am very happy with my results!

Lindsay was awesome to work with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and didn’t know the first thing about buying a house. Lindsay talked us through every step of the process and answered any questions we had.
